Mr. Brian Bleeze
President/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bleeze, one of ISPA's founding principals, currently manages all aspects of ISPA's administration among other numerous roles in the organization. As an engineer in his early career, Mr. Bleeze published several articles and was a co-inventor on a patent regarding imaging techniques.
Dr. Brad Joelson
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Joelson, one of ISPA's founding principals, has had an extensive career moving technology from the laboratory into the hands of the warfighter. Among his many duties and responsibilities, he is currently performing as the Chief Architect for the Deployable Joint Command and Control (DJC2) program. He has a Ph.D. in Physics from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Michael Grochol
Mr. Grochol is a former Special Operations Aviation Veteran with over 100 Combat Missions flown in conflicts around the world. He specializes in airborne collection assets and the intelligence and communications infrastructure needed to maximize their use. He is interested in solving complex problems for ISPA's clients and working with top engineers and user experts.
Mr. Tosh Persons
Mr. Persons is a veteran of the defense industry and has extensive experience supporting the Intelligence Community as well as Command and Control systems. His primary focus is the building the best team in the industry. In his current capacity, he manages ISPA’s Panama City, FL and Warner Robins, GA operations.
