ISPA & CSS Werx Win Prototype OTA
CSS Werx and ISPA Technology, LLC (ISPA) have been selected as the prime contractor on a $9.4 million prototype project awarded by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, through the Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) contracting vehicle.
ISPA will provide a prototype tactical datacenter architecture that serves as a hosting environment for Expeditionary Command and Control (C2) capabilities for Tactical Shore Platform (TSP) and Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB) projects. Work will be performed in Panama City Beach, Florida.
The contract has objectives to operate the software baseline in a tactical cloud environment as well as migrating software baseline capabilities and data to a tactical edge computing platform. ISPA will also be building the tactical software baseline using automation and DEVSECOPs methodologies.
